Monday, June 23th: Spark, swimming, board games. Mondays will be filled with activities designed to spark creativity and teamwork. Students will engage in our Spark, Board game programs, which focus on physical activity, social skills, and personal growth. Breakfast & lunch to go will also be available at the cafeteria. We will going swimming at splash land on Mondays & Thursdays after lunch.







Tuesday, June 24th: Stem, Spark, Board Games & gardening: On Tuesdays, we dive into science through our STEM Programming, where students explore hands-on experiments that spark curiosity and excitement for learning. They'll also get their hands dirty with gardening activities, learning about plants and even doing some planting themselves. To balance out the day, we’ll head outside for physical activities like soccer and other fun games. Breakfast & lunch to go will also be available at the cafeteria.











Wednesday, June 25th: Art, Spark, Brain Breaks, Meditation time: Wednesdays are all about exploration and innovation. Students will participate in engaging art activities and, allowing them to experiment and discover the wonders of their creativity. It’s a hands-on opportunity where the kids can dive into their creative side. As well as the kids will participate in brain breaks where the kids will take a break from doing activities by moving and dancing. To balance out the day, we’ll head outside for physical activities like soccer and other fun games. Breakfast & lunch to go will also be available at the cafeteria.






Thursday, June 26th: Swimming, Spark, 4H, Brain Breaks, Board games & meditation time. On Thursdays, to balance out the day, we’ll head outside for physical activities like soccer and other fun games. Then, the students will join our where they can dive into the positive advantages of learning new things in 4H program. From learning new hobbies, creating at home deserts, learning about plants & many other cool stuff. in addition enjoy a variety of board and card games with friends. This club encourages creativity, strategic thinking, and friendly competition. We will also be going swimming at splash land every Monday and Thursday after lunch.








Friday, June 27th: Board Games, Field trip to Adams State University! Today, our amazing students from CVYC had the chance to attend an exciting Cultural Day hosted by CASA at Adams State University! We kicked off the day by meeting Billy the Grizzly  and showing off our moves with some Zumba dancing! From there, we traveled the globe through dance — learning merengue, salsa, and cumbia rhythms that had everyone moving! The cultural experience continued in the kitchen, where students learned to make tortillas from scratch, cooked hot dogs in a traditional horno, and ended on a sweet note with delicious smachos (s’more nachos)!
