Monday, January 12th: First day back to School. Spark, Triple Play, and Positive Action. Mondays will be filled with activities designed to spark creativity and teamwork. Students will engage in our Spark, Triple Play, and Positive Actions programs, which focus on physical activity, social skills, and personal growth. Snack time will also be available in the cafeteria, where students can work on their homework with support from staff.





Tuesday, January 13th: Art Club. On Tuesdays, we dive into creativity with our Art Club, where students get into the spirit of expressing their artistic talents. Alongside this, our gymnastics class helps kids build strength, coordination, and confidence as they practice their skills in preparation for their big showcase. We can’t wait to see the imaginative creations and gymnastics progress! Snack time will also be available in the cafeteria, where students can work on their homework with support from staff.





Wednesday, January 14th: STEM and Science Projects. Wednesdays are all about exploration and innovation. Students will participate in engaging STEM and science projects, allowing them to experiment and discover the wonders of science. It’s a hands-on opportunity to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills!.





Thursday, January 15th: Pokémon & Bored Games Club. The Center Viking Youth Club will be closed on Thursday, August 21st as the club prepares for the start of programming. However, we will be at the school’s Open House with a booth—stop by to say hello and learn more about the club! Plus Student staff will be Selling some Snow cones & Cotton Candy so Stop by!





Friday, January 16th: Friday Club will be closed. On Fridays, the CVYC will be staying at the club for a day full of art, STEM, and SPARK activities to keep the kids engaged and entertained with fun! The students will enjoy breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria during the day. We will also spend time outside now that the weather is getting warmer to do some physical activities to keep the kids fit!
